Mr. Tahers first ever stage drama was performed in 1990. He was both the writer of the play and also took part as an actor. The drama took place in a popular theatre in Hammersmith, at the Bengali Drama Festival at Toynbee theatre, at A season of drama festival and many more places. He has also published 5 stage drama books and has more than 15 scripts ready to publish in the near future. A lot of his stage dramas are based on the contemporary topic of ‘Bangladeshis lives in Britain’. Mr. Taher has also been the writer, director, producer and even actor in many films he has created. He has enjoyed writing film scripts for a long time and finally produced his first film in 1999. His films have been on mainstream television entertaining many people around the UK and Bangladesh but even reaching other parts of the world.
